With a dangling front screen door, it was a house many would pass over. Stepping into the porch, the solid maple front door with sculptured woodwork and oval draws you in. The house is rock solid with a very sunny pleasing layout. She just needed a lot of love.
By the time she was complete, the layout was enhanced with an open kitchen to dining layout and a new large bathroom on the main floor. Creative use of salvage; refinished maple floors and a lot of paint makes her a very warm, sunny and welcoming home.
